Aqua Zumba! Sundays starting 6/16
Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all exhilirtaing beyond belief. DCH Summer Pool - Now Open!
The Summer Pool Season is here! The DCH Summer Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Pool Memberships for individuals and families are available. You do not need to be a Dedham resident or a member of DCH to purchase a pool membership. And you do not need to be a pool member to take advantage of pool programs and events such as Aqua Zumba, swim lessons, lap swimming and community swim days. Visit our pool page for more information.
Summer Program Registration Underway
2013 Summer Programs include the ever-popular swim lessons as well as Zumba, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Tai Chi and Yoglates. DCH Open Gym
Grab some friends and a basketball and head on over to the DCH Gym to shoot some hoops. Times available for middle school age, 6 - 8 pm and high school age, 8 - 10 pm. The open gym program is supervised by DCH Staff. The program will end for the season on June 26th. NO OPEN GYM ON JUNE 12th.
