We have two beautiful faciltites to fit your needs

Haven House

The beautiful Samuel Haven House, built in 1794 and now better known as the Dedham Community House, is situated right in the heart of Dedham at the corner of Ames and High Streets in Dedham Square.

It is an ideal location for baby and bridal showers, intimate weddings, elegant parties, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and much more.

Haven House is available for weekend rentals on Friday evenings, after noon on Saturdays, and all day Sundays.

Cost is $500 for 6 hours. $125 per hour for additional weekend time beyond 6 hours.
Weekday rentals cost $60 per hour - Weeknight rentals (after 5 p.m.) cost $75 per hour.

DCH members receive a 10% discount on facility rentals!

DCH can recommend caterers and other service providers for your complete event solution.

Capacity: Sit-down meal: 70 people.

Cocktail reception: 100 people
Measurements: Haven Hall - 22 feet by 23 feet;

Dining Room: 20 feet by 15 feet.

Inside heated porch and outside lounging porches.

Newly available: Lincoln Room for cocktails,

registration, or additional seating.

We can provide 6 60" round tables and 6' oblong

banquet tables.

We have a small kitchen facility with a stove,

microwave, and a small refrigerator.

Streeter/Dan Reen Gymnasium

The gym is the perfect place for a childrens birthday party or dance. Use of the toys and gym equipment appropriate for all age groups is included with your rental. Kids enjoy basketball, parachute, scooters, ride-on toys, tug-of-war, bowling, obstacle courses and more. Tables and chairs are also available for your use. Why not bring in your own magician, musician, or even rent our moon walk?

The Streeter / Dan Reen Gymnasium is unavailable for rentals on Friday evenings and all day on Sundays. Saturday rentals may begin at 4 pm or after.

Capacity: The gym comfortably holds 50-75 children. Rent - $50/hr. 3-hour minimum

Moon walk rental : $75 for the duration of your gym party
