Financial Aid & Scholarships

DCH strives to expand access to all of its programs through scholarships and financial aid for its summer camp, preschool, school vacation programs and most other offerings. Whether teaching children to share, swim or babysit, DCH offers a multitude of programs that benefit families throughout the year. Your gift to the DCH Scholarship Fund helps ensure that these valuable programs are accessible to all members of the community.

In 2012, DCH granted close to $150,000 in charitable discounts, a 50% increase from the previous year! Examples include:

• $45,000 in summer camp scholarships to 65 children from every neighborhood of Dedham and beyond!

• $34,000 in financial aid to 14 different DCH Preschool families!

• $8,000 in financial aid for participants in our classes!

• $60,000 worth of space donated to more than 15 community organizations!
