About Our Pool

The DCH outdoor pool is located at 225 Ames Street next to the soccer field.  The pool features include the 30' by 75' pool that ranges from 3 1/2 to 5 feet deep, pool house with locker rooms and family changing rooms as well as a concession stand, large pool deck with a grassy area, a covered pavilion to have lunch and snacks in the shade and a large parking area.  Lifeguards are always on duty as well as an attendant to check-in members and guests.  You do not have to be a DCH member or resident of Dedham to join the pool.

The pool will be open from Saturday, May 26th through Monday, September 3rd

Guest Policy

All Pool Members may bring guests to the pool at a cost of $5 per guest per visit.

Community Swims

The pool will be open and free to the public on

Memorial Day Weekend during the following hours:

Saturday, May 26th, 10 am to 2 pm

Sunday, May 27th, 10 am to 2 pm

Monday, May 28th, 10 am to 2 pm

The pool will be open to the public for a drop-in rate of

$10 per person or $20 per family during the following hours:

Sunday, June 24th, 10 am to 2 pm

Sunday, July 29th, 10 am to 2 pm

Sunday August 26th, 10 am to 2 pm

Lap Swimming

The pool is open to all adults for lap swimming for a drop-in fee of

$5 during all pool hours. (No fee for pool members.)

Swim Lessons & Exercise Classes

We offer a variety of swim lessons and pool programs. Please check back in April for our Summer Pool & Program brochure and schedule.
