Preschool Family Event

On a Saturday in early spring, the preschool invites all of its families for a day of fun activities inside the school and out. This is a great way for the children to show off their school to their families and for all to socialize.

Easter Egg Hunt

Held late morning the day before Easter, this fun, free, family event is a popular one with local families! Bring your children and their baskets and watch them run around the DCH Field collecting eggs and marveling at their contents! A small separate area is marked off for toddlers. The Easter Bunny makes an appearance. Sponsored by Donahue Real Estate.

TVTO Week Tropical Dance Party

In collaboration with the Dedham Youth Commission, this free event for children up to 5th grade is run as part of the TV Turn Off Week event schedule for Dedham during the April school vacation.  Children are treated to a tropical themed dance party, dj'ed by the Dedham Youth Commission's DJ club, which includes fun line dances such as the electric slide, Cotton-Eyed Joe, the limbo and more!  Light snacks and refreshments are served.

Music & Art Festival

FREE community event with musical performances from some of the area's best talent! Also, local fine artists and crafters -- potters, sculptors, painters, jewelry makers, fiber artists -- showcase their work. Bring friends, family, and neighbors (and a blanket or chairs) to the field behind the Dedham Community House for a day full of music, art, food kids' activities and more!
